The spacious rooms provided more than enough beds for our large family, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot weather. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the communal area, where we played pool and watched football on the big TV. The location was ideal, as it was only a 5-minute walk to bars and restaurants. The hosts were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
For families with children, my kids wished there was a playground or outdoor space at the hotel.

We had a blast with our friends. The rooms were massive, with plenty of beds for all of us. The bar had beer on tap, and we had a pool table, foosball, and a huge TV to keep us entertained. The location was perfect, just a short walk from bars and restaurants. it was the ultimate party pad for us party-loving teenagers!
If there's one thing we could ask for, it would be a better sound system. We wanted to crank up the music and dance the night away, but the speakers didn't quite have the kick we were looking for.

The property, housed in a building dating from the 19th century, gave a unique and historic vibe to our stay in Budapest. The shared lounge and bar were a great place to relax and socialize with other guests, creating a fun and lively atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchenette in the apartment allowed us to prepare our own meals, saving us time and money. The continental breakfast provided each morning was a convenient and tasty start to our day of exploring the city. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy seating area to relax in after a day of sightseeing. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels provided entertainment for when we wanted to unwind in the evenings.
Communal showers weren't the best, but manageable.

The pool table was the saving grace at this rundown and chaotic place.
Oh, just the smell of damp, blown electrics, broken clutter, dusty rooms, and 7am hammer drill wake-up calls. But hey, at least they had a pool table.

The hotel had a lovely, cozy atmosphere, with charming decor that made me feel right at home. The general areas were clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of comfortable seating areas for seniors like me to relax and socialize. The hotel's accessibility was excellent, with easy-to-navigate hallways and well-placed handrails, making it a convenient choice for seniors.
I would have liked to see more organized activities specifically tailored for seniors.

Although we had a great stay, one minor drawback was the communal showers, which weren't the best. However, we managed by using them one at a time.
